Day 72

We are headed to Orange Beach until Wednesday...so my photos will be camera phone quality for the next few days.  Wish us luck....my 2 best friends and I will have a 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 year old (and one that will arrive in May!) alone at the beach! Pass the margaritas, please!

Day 71

My kids have discovered the dandelions in the yard....good thing we aren't landscaping/yard-of-the-month kind of people, because they blew about 9 billion seeds into the front yard :)

Day 70

Today was Meadow View's Boosterthon Fun Run!  It was a fun day and a successful day for fundraising. MVES students almost 17,000$ in pledges...and will help the school out tremendously :) E ran 28 laps, and has one more night to get pledges....but best of all had a great time!  Here are a few action shots!

Day 69

This is one of my favorite parts of my yard...I don't even know what kind of tree it is...but it's small, and I love the tiny pink flowers it has in the spring. Anyone know what it is?  (probably a giant weed)

Day 68

I've posted before on my love of all things Publix. However, the new Aldi  http://www.aldi.us/index_ENU_HTML.htm
had it's grand openeing in Pelham last week, and I finally gave in to see what all the fuss was about....no bag boys, no bags, rent your cart for a quarter (get it back if you return your cart) etc...I was very out of sorts with no coupons, no list, no meal planner match up to publix (agggh!  total anxiety!) Overall I was very pleased with everything. The store is new, so it's very clean., and the prices were FABULOUS.

60 items: LOTS of dairy, produce and meat.  My weekly budget is 100$ on groceries so I was very pleased with how much this bought me, and will definitely be going back!  I won't be able to go with specifics in mind...since I don't think they have things consistently and don't have a big variety.  But, overall...I give it an A!

Day 67- Party!

Today was Jack's 3rd birthday party.  We had soooooo much fun!  He had lots of friends and family over and did such a great job.  Here are the last 3 birthday pictures:
